Enjoy Your Privacy

Skearch collects almost no personal information when you register with Skearch, when you use Skearch products or when you visit Skearch pages or the pages of certain Skearch partners, and when you enter Skearch contests. Skearch may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies, but we try to never do this to protect your privacy. We are committed to NOT tracking your behaviors on the internet and selling them to a third party for any reason.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. From time to time, we may ask for your address in case we need to send you something in the future, like a free gift or contest winning. We will never ask you for your Social Security number or information about assets you may own.

 

General Policy

Skearch values and protects the privacy of all individuals that use any of Skearch's services. Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as is explained in this privacy policy. Further, Skearch avoids unnecessary information from our users that often includes risking the loss of a consumer's private information or worse yet, their identity.

 

Information Collected and Shared

In general, Skeach has set a policy of collecting as little information as possible from our valued search customers. We collect no individual information about you (name, address, email), unless you would specifically and deliberately provide it to us. In order to provide the best service possible to our search customers, Skearch does note and save information specific to a search on our site such as time of day, browser type, browser language, and IP address. Skearch does not sell, rent or share collected information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies.

Use of Cookies by Skearch

Skearch may employ the use of cookies to identify you as a unique user. This helps us better understand our base and improve the quality of our services. Skearch would only disclose its cookies to third parties if required to by legal process such as court order, subpoena or statute. If desired, you can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent to your computer.

Please understand that as Skearch grows and changes, we will update this Privacy Policy. While we expect most changes to be minor, there may also be changes that are more significant. Any and all changes will be posted to this page and significant changes will be obviously noted for your identification.
